(MySQL) Create a function that accepts an item Id as input and returns the retail price of that item. Name the function itemPrice

I have to create a function called itemPrice that accepts an item id as an input and returns the retail price. I will attach a link to the screen shot of the table I think I should be working from.

I am not really sure where to start.
